This seriously addictive and easy to make One-Pot Fettuccine is made with fettuccine pasta, Italian sausage, jack cheese and a rich tomato cream sauce.
One-Pot Fettuccine Ingredients
The secret to this fettuccine recipe is this luscious tomato cream sauce crafted with store-bought or homemade marinara sauce and heavy cream, and brought together with ample amounts of shredded jack cheese. The result is an irresistibly cheesy and ultra-creamy sauce. I then took this recipe up another level with the addition of savory garlic and flavorful Italian sausage.
This is the best pasta I’ve ever eaten in my ENTIRE life! It’s seriously fettuccine on crack and here is your warning, it’s addictive.
How to Make One-Pot Fettuccine
You basically throw everything into one pot (just brown the meat beforehand) and let it cook its way to perfection. From start to finish, I think this took me about 15-20 minutes to put together? And seriously, I should have made a double batch cuz this stuff is gone.
Additions and Variations
Make it spicy with a teaspoon of red chili flakes or add more for additional heat.
Change up the cheese. Mozzarella , ricotta, mascarpone, or parmesan or a combination would work well.
Add basil leaves or parsley.
Use ground beef, chicken or turkey instead of Italian sausage. If you have leftover meat, use that.
Mix in sautéed vegetables like mushrooms, bell peppers, carrots, olives or celery.
Turn up the acidity with fresh lemon juice or increase the sweetness with a pinch or two of sugar.
Now, unfortunately this isn’t one of those insanely delicious recipes that only looks bad for you. This baby has its fair share of cheesy, carby goodness. But after a bad day, or week isn’t that what we all need?
So whip up a batch of this pasta, turn on your favorite show and enjoy!
Have a great one!
